- What is a credit?
- 1 credit ≈ a tenth of a cent of underlying LLM cost. An average run costs 40–100 credits depending on the model. A heavy Opus run might be 200+.
- Do my credits roll over?
- Monthly credits reset every billing cycle. Top-up packs you buy never expire — they sit alongside your monthly bucket and burn after the monthly is exhausted.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Runs are blocked with a clear message + a "buy more" prompt. Either grab a top-up pack, upgrade your plan, or attach your own API key (BYOK) — all three unblock instantly.
- Can I bring my own API keys?
- Yes. On any paid plan you can attach your own Anthropic or OpenAI key in Model Control. When attached, your runs draw from your provider account directly and skip our credit gate entirely.
- What is the Lifetime plan?
- A one-time payment for permanent access to every feature, with the catch that you bring your own LLM keys. First 25 customers $1,500, then $2,000. No subscriptions, no credit limits — you pay your provider direct.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes — save 17% (about two months free). Switch in Settings → Billing after starting your trial.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period, then you drop to Free. Your data stays put — re-upgrade anytime.
- Is there a free trial of Pro / Team?
- 14 days, no card required to start. We email you 3 days before the trial ends.
